1. NO REFUNDS (STRICT POLICY)
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been made.
1. EXCHANGES (ONLY IF ELIGIBLE)
We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
1. SIZE ISSUES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
Kindly confirm your size before placing an order.
1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (if applicable)
- Delivery charges may vary and can sometimes be high due to courier pricing
1. PROCESSING EXCHANGES
- Once your request is approved, the item must be returned within 2–3 days
- Exchange will be processed after item inspection
- If the item is no longer available, a store credit may be issued
1. STOCK HOLD POLICY
We do not hold paid items for more than 3 weeks.
Items left beyond this period may no longer be available.
